Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Data & Analytics Lead to join our team. You will work on exciting projects with cutting-edge technologies and lead and shape the organization’s data strategy.


What You Will Be Doing


Leveraging Databricks, Azure Synapse, and Power BI, you will drive the development of scalable data solutions while ensuring a culture of learning and excellence.

You will build strong partnerships with business stakeholders to understand needs and deliver actionable insights. This role requires a deep understanding of modern data platforms, analytics tools, and cloud technologies. Key Responsibilities

Lead Data Initiatives: Manage and oversee data engineering and analytics projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Data Engineering: Utilize Databricks for data transformation, analytics, and machine learning workflows.

Orchestrate with Synapse: Build and maintain workflows using Azure Synapse and related tools.

Implement CI/CD: Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines for data solutions.

Leverage Infrastructure as Code: Use Bicep templates for infrastructure provisioning and management.

SQL Expertise: Optimize and maintain data models and queries in SQL. Visualize Data: Build impactful dashboards and visualizations using Power BI

Streamline Processes: Leverage Azure DevOps for project management, code repositories, and automation. Requirements

5+ Years experience in the Data and Analytics Domain.

Previous Management experience is preferred.


Strong expertise in Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, Notebooks). Advanced knowledge of SQL development. • Familiarity with Azure Synapse for orchestration and analytics. Working experience with Power BI for reporting and visualization. • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
