The Opportunity

As a Senior Landscape Architect, the new hire will dive into exciting projects such as energy infrastructure, commercial developments, and urban regeneration. Their mission? To design and assess landscapes, create master plans, and conduct environmental impact assessments (EIA). Collaboration is at the heart of what they do, so the new team member will work closely with planners and environmental professionals to bring innovative and sustainable designs to life. They can expect a variety of tasks and the chance to make a real difference in shaping urban and rural environments!


Requirements

To join the team, candidates will need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in landscape architecture and 5-7 years of experience, especially in commercial and public sector projects. Strong leadership skills and proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and GIS are a must. A solid grasp of landscape design principles, horticulture, and sustainable practices is essential, along with project management experience in budgeting, scheduling, and client interactions. Excellent communication skills are key for collaborating with clients and stakeholders, and a Licensed Landscape Architect (PLA) is preferred. Those with strong creative vision, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for sustainability will stand out!
