We are looking for UK based Data Modellers with experience in understanding client data requirements and designing scalable databases using appropriate data modelling techniques.


Your daily responsibilities:

  • Analyse source and target data structures (e.g., databases, XML, JSON, CSV, EDI) to define and document data mappings
  • Develop and maintain data mapping specifications, transformation logic, and integration rules.
  • Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and domain experts to ensure semantic alignment between systems.
  • Validate data mapping outputs and troubleshoot discrepancies in transformed data.
  • Document processes and maintain metadata for traceability and governance.
  • Ensure compliance with data quality, security, and privacy standards.

Key skills & Experiences:

  • MUST BE ELIGIBLE FOR SC CLEARANCE with a minimum of 5 years residency in the UK
  • Hands‑on experience in data modelling across conceptual and logical layers.
  • Experience in data mapping, data transformation, or data integration roles e.g. technical BA or data analyst
  • Good knowledge of XML, JSON, CSV, EDI, XLSX
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent communication skills in English

Nice to have skills:

  • Familiarity with ETL tools or data integration platforms (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Apache Nifi, SSIS, Boomi).
  • Experience with data mapping documentation tools or specifications (e.g., Excel-based mapping documents, BPMN, UML).
  • Familiarity with IBM Maximo Asset Management software
