We are looking for a curious and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to support our global Analytics Team in transforming marketing data into actionable insights. In this role, you will help analyse paid media campaign performance, build reports and dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making across marketing channels.


This role is ideal for someone at the early stage of their analytics career who has a strong interest in digital marketing, paid media, and performance measurement, and who is excited to work in a fast-paced, global agency environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support global reporting across paid media and digital marketing channels (e.g. Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, Search, Social, Video).
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of global performance dashboards and standardised reporting frameworks to identify trends, performance shifts, and opportunities across global campaigns.
  • Contribute and support with documentation of reporting standards and analytics processes.
  • Analyse campaign performance across markets, regions, and channels and work with the global media team to answer performance questions and support optimisation insights.
  • Help ensure consistency and accuracy of data across markets and platforms through data validation and a keen eye for detail.
  • Support tagging, tracking, and measurement best practices in collaboration with the Analytics lead.
  • Support the Analytics Team with report automation and the implementation of AI.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Strong interest in digital marketing, media, and performance analytics.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint as well as Google Suite tools for analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and terminology.
  • High attention to detail and a structured, analytical mindset.
  • Comfortable working with teams across different regions and time zones.
  • Have an investigative nature and high attention to detail.

Nice to haves:

  • Exposure to marketing platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing
  • Basic SQL knowledge or willingness to learn
  • Any agency or global team experience
