Junior Data Analyst – Encinos Kapital

Location: London, England, United Kingdom.


Responsibilities

  • Support the design and delivery of data‑driven solutions for investment management clients.
  • Develop into a client‑facing role, contributing to presentations and strategic discussions.
  • Analyze datasets to generate market and client insights across assets, flows, and revenues.
  • Collaborate with senior team members on research and client deliverables.
  • Use analytical tools and Excel to manage and interpret large datasets, translating findings into clear and actionable insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of overall experience, ideally 1 year in the investment management industry within the pension or retirement space.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with excellent communication and client‑facing ability.
  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables); familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
  • Structured, concise communicator with a strategic and consultative mindset.
  • Curious, proactive, and motivated to grow into a thought‑leadership and advisory role.
