Meraki Talent’s well-known financial services client is looking for a junior data analyst to come and join their growing team. This role will be to enhance the organisation’s data capabilities and use insights to improve efficiency and reporting throughout the company.

They would be looking for someone with strong skills in data analysis and visualisation who is also adept at working collaboratively to implement effective data solutions. This will suit someone who is a junior or graduate data analyst who is looking to make a move to high growth environment and one that has a collaborative and rewarding culture.

Responsibilities of the Junior Data Analyst

• Design and maintain data dashboards and reports with Tableau to provide actionable insights for clients.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement automation solutions using SharePoint and Power Apps to streamline workflows.
• Assess and enhance data architecture to improve standardization and support future growth.
• Work closely with internal teams and vendors to define requirements, integrate data solutions, and train staff.
• Contribute to planning a strategic roadmap for adopting scalable, open-source data platforms and API-based analytics solutions.

Background of the Junior Data Analyst

• Experience in a data analyst role and technical skills in data analysis, reporting, visualization
• Experience using, SQL, Excel and Tableau
• Preferably a degree in a relevant field i.e. IT, Computer Science, or Analytics
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate effectively with a variety of business users
