IT Data Analyst Apprentice

Location:Newton Abbot, onsite 

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 40hours 8:00-16:00pm 

Apprenticeship course:IT Data Technician Level 3 Analyst at Exeter College

Duration:24months 

We are looking for aIT Data Analyst Apprenticeto join our team! 

This role sits with the Information Technology team and the main purpose of the role will be to work collaboratively within the existing team to perform data analysis, business reporting using SQL and Power BI, and Microsoft Power App development.

Key responsibilities and tasks

  • Building reports and dashboards for the global business using Power BI and SQL
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the business. Creating methods to capture, process, and organise complex data using SQL
  • Building Microsoft Power Apps to facilitate the operation of the business
  • Working with the Microsoft BC team to construct Microsoft Power Apps related to the implementation of Microsoft Business Central
  • Creation of on demand “one off” reports for users within the global business

If you have

  • Highly numerate with strong analytical & IT skills
  • a “can do” attitude in meeting challenges and resolving problem
  • Experience of using Excel

And you are:

  • Willing to learn and expand your knowledge in this field
  • Open to collaboration with colleagues
