This role blends operational management with strategic project execution, helping to streamline Information Security processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement. BCG is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Information Security Program Manager to oversee both day-to-day operations and transformational improvements including the reporting to stakeholders in our Information Security program. This role will include managing internal initiatives, defining project roadmaps, and supporting the development of a process-driven environment to optimize Information Security operations. You’ll work across “Run-the-Business” (maintaining daily operations) and “Change-the-Business” (implementing improvements) activities, making this role highly impactful within BCG’s global security program.
