This role blends operational management with strategic project execution, helping to streamline Information Security processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement. BCG is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Information Security Program Manager to oversee both day-to-day operations and transformational improvements including the reporting to stakeholders in our Information Security program. This role will include managing internal initiatives, defining project roadmaps, and supporting the development of a process-driven environment to optimize Information Security operations. You’ll work across “Run-the-Business” (maintaining daily operations) and “Change-the-Business” (implementing improvements) activities, making this role highly impactful within BCG’s global security program. YOU’RE GOOD AT* The ideal candidate demonstrates strong skills in streamlining operations, optimizing resources, and enabling strategic program management initiatives.* You excel in core project management skills such as financial planning, reporting, communication, scheduling, risk management, and team coordination.* You effectively manage both detailed and high-level tasks, translating complex objectives into actionable work plans.* You build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, fostering collaboration and alignment across teams.* You demonstrate leadership by inspiring teams to achieve goals while maintaining a positive work environment.* You are results-driven, defining clear metrics and tracking progress to ensure success.* You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, excelling in international, cross-functional, and ambiguous settings.* You have a solid understanding of digital collaboration tools and use them to support your work.What You'll Bring* You will have 5+ years of experience in a global enterprise managing team operations as well as technical or security change programs.* You will have experience defining and tracking success metrics* You will have experience with project management methodologies.* A good working knowledge of cyber security and a bachelor’s degree is preferred.* You will have strong influencing and communication skills and are fluent in EnglishWho You'll Work WithYou will report to the Director, Security Program Operations and are part of a team of project and program managers within the security team.
