In this exciting role, you will play apivotal role in driving the success of your product line. As SPMMyou will become a subject matter expert for your product line andwill be responsible for developing and executing comprehensivego-to-market (GTM) strategies with a laser focus oncustomer-centricity. Reporting directly to the Director of ProductMarketing you'll leverage market intelligence to gain a strategicedge and foster strong cross-team interlocks to achieve ambitiousgrowth goals. Main Responsibilities - Be the expert on your productline ICP, verticals, and personas. Understand and document thebuyers’ processes, including where they get information and thewho, what, when, and ‘the why’ behind their decisions. Then, drivechanges to our sales and marketing processes to match that process,ensuring we stay ahead of the curve. - Understand the CompetitiveLandscape by being an expert on our competition and how they arepositioned, continuously innovating to stay ahead. - Work closelywith product management, sales leadership, enablement, andmarketing teams to drive market readiness and develop valuepropositions and value-based messaging that resonates with ourtarget buyer personas. - Plan the launches of net-new products andenhancements to existing products and manage the cross-functionalimplementation of the plan, setting a high pace and standard forsuccess. - Take the lead in thought leadership for your assignedproducts, including speaking engagements and written works,positioning our brand as an innovator in the market. - Understandand support our sales channels; train them in the problems we solvefor our buyers and users; develop internal tools and externalcollateral and teach them how and when to use them. - Interact withJAGGAER customers to understand the pain points and businessdrivers that led them to adopt our solutions. Document their use ofour solutions and the business benefits they have realized sincedeploying them. You interlock with customers tounderstand and articulate their success stories relating to yourproduct. - Strategic Visionary: You have a keen grasp of the B2BSaaS landscape and are an expert at uncovering and understandingmarket trends, analyst insights, customer success, and competitivelandscapes. What You Will Bring -Minimum 8 years' experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing,including experience developing marketing plans and support for newproduct launches, product line updates, and release cycles. -Experience in Procure-to-Pay, Source-to-Pay, and Supply Chaintechnologies. - Proficiency in productivity applications such asMicrosoft Office, with emphasis on building compelling PowerPointpresentations and conducting analysis in Excel. - Ability to workindependently in a start-up-like, agile environment. Able to adaptand pivot with evolving market or product demands. - Strongwritten, and verbal communication skills. A strong public speaker,comfortable in front of large, senior groups, and a solid writer. -Excellent people and relationship management skills to interactwith colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties. -Degree in business, marketing, or related field, highly preferred.- Familiarity with Jaggaer's product portfolio and AutonomousCommerce solutions a plus . - Experience building strategic andcreative elements that support GTM activities a plus.
