You willwork closely with clients to understand their issues, define ITstrategies, architecture solutions, win buy-in for yourrecommendations, and collaborate with fellow BCGers to transformclient potential into performance. You will be given end-to-endresponsibility for larger, highly technical and more complex'modules' within a project, and begin to develop specializedknowledge to help you solve clients' problems.   You willstart to take on team lead responsibilities and demonstrateintellectual leadership Together with our clients, you will developsuperior digital and technology concepts and architecture solutionsas well as support technical implementations actively and on site,applying your sound technical know-how, your understanding ofbusiness contexts, and your analytical and conceptual skills.  You will also help guide junior members of the team, helpwith project proposals, client care, building relationships withpeers and identifying new business opportunities.   Finally asa Lead IT Architect you will contribute to the Practice Areadevelopment and help to build the BCG brand as a key member of thecase team.
