As a Lead IT Architect focused onCRM and Enterprise Solutions, you will advise clients on technologystrategies, ensuring flexibility and scalability in CRMarchitectures. Your responsibilities will include: * Definebusiness-aligned CRM strategies across sales, service, andmarketing functions to optimize customer journeys. * Evaluate andrecommend CRM solutions from platforms such as Salesforce, SAP CX,Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, and Zoho based on businessrequirements and industry best practices. * Analyze and reimagineend-to-end processes (Lead-to-Quote, Quote-to-Cash, ServiceManagement, Customer Support) to maximize CRM value. * Buildcompelling business cases for CRM transformation initiatives,demonstrating ROI and tangible outcomes for clients. * Collaboratewith client teams to drive organizational change, ensuring useradoption and process alignment for CRM implementations. What You'll Bring * 10 to 15 years of experience in ITarchitecture with a strong focus on CRM solutions, in consulting,working with clients in the consumer goods, industrial goods orretail sectors. * Demonstrated experience with CRM platforms suchas Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle working acrosssales, service and marketing. * Proven expertise in deliveringcomplex CRM integrations with external systems (Data Lakes, ERP,analytical platforms, and messaging systems) * Experience withcommerce platforms (such as Salesforce commerce cloud, Adobecommerce, etc ) and integration platforms (such as Mulesoft, DellBoomi, etc) * Have experience with, and understand how to lead,legacy integration and remediation (facades, strangler approaches,et. al.) * Overview of in modern architecture patterns: CI/CDpipelines, cloud-native development, and API-led integrations. *Deep understanding of: * Different integration patterns and bestpractices such as events, synchronous vs. asynchronous * E2Ebusiness processes: Lead-to-Quote, Quote-to-Cash, ServiceManagement, Marketing, etc. * Analytical mindset and excellentproblem-solving skills. * Experience of managing teams. * Strongcommunication skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels *Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel to clientsworld-wide * Strong communication and presentation skills. *University degree with above-average academic performance in amathematical-scientific field, information technology, or businessadministration.
