Graduate Electronic Engineer Start Date:Sept 2025 Base location: Great Baddow (Chelmsford) Role Profile Weare looking for graduates to work on developing innovative missioncritical technology and products for our customers. Applicationsinclude high performance networking, space systems, software radiosand underwater systems. As a Graduate Engineer, you will be part ofa project team who will coach you on the day to day skills requiredto work closely with our customers. You might be designingRF/digital electronics or developing software/firmware targeted ata wide range of devices ( e.g. FPGAs, ARM processors, GPUs,microcontrollers ). You could be involved in designing signalprocessing algorithms or researching new and exciting areas ofscience and technology. You will be part of our Future Talentcommunity, which organises training, networking and social eventsto get involved with. We will support you with a career mentor whowill guide you through your career as it develops, and we willencourage you to work towards professional registration and getinvolved in engineering outreach activities to inspire futuregenerations of engineer. Enthusiastic abouttechnology with a passion for understanding how things work Goodunderstanding of Electronic Engineering Keen interest in Scienceand Technology Electromagnetics, Robotics, Optics, MachineLearning, Applied Maths and/or Physics Entry Requirements On trackto achieve/already achieved 2:2 degree typically with anEngineering or Physics background, but we would also welcomeapplications from Mathematicians looking to apply their knowledgeYou will need to have graduated within the last 3 years Eligiblefor a Government Security Clearance What's in it for you?
