What you will be doing inthis role: The Finance Manager will be responsible for the Group’sexternal reporting, including, but not limited to, statutoryreporting requirements and debt reporting to banks and financialinstitutions. This will require working alongside the Head of AssetManagement, the Investment Manager, and both the Finance and Legalteams. A function of this role is to support financial consistencyand compliance across the BSR Asset Portfolio. This role willmanage and communicate clear and precise financial performanceindicators to relevant stakeholders while building a harmoniousworking relationship with the Head of Asset Management to achievethis. What we need from you: - Lead the interim and annual auditprocess. - Technical balance sheet reviews. - Support the financeteam on technical accounting matters both ad hoc, and continuoustraining and development. - Support the operational asset budgetforecast from a finance perspective. - Work alongside the AssetManagement team to prepare and maintain models for operationalassets. - Analyse and report on the financial performance ofoperational assets against models, forecasts and budgets. - Workwith and support the asset management team to develop and tailorasset financial performance KPIs and metrics for incorporationwithin reports, for both internal and external stakeholders,ensuring analytical and communicative clarity. - Support thepreparation and provide analysis for monthly management accountsfor operational assets. - Raise and issue financial invoices orstatements relevant to the operational assets. - Responsibility fordebt reporting obligations of operational assets. - Contribute todebt raise, merger and acquisition processes for operationalassets.
