Have an understanding of Right to Work requirements and ensure that all new applicants meet the required criteria.Carry out Hotel OrientationsDeal with any employee relations issues and be the point of contact for welfare of staff.Accurately manage all local payroll within the hotel to meet payroll deadlines, ensure employees receive the correct pay, keep within budgets set and highlight any areas of concern to the hotel management team \ HR Director.Oversee all recognition and reward activities, team council meetings (TCM) and assist with team social events.Leavers
