Job Description

The HR Reporting and Data Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Prepare and deliver accurate HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes.
  • Analyse employee data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to the HR team.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Develop and refine reporting processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
  • Support ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests as required by leadership.
  • Assist in auditing HR data to ensure accuracy and alignment with organisational standards.
  • Provide technical support for HR systems and tools used for reporting and analysis.

A successful HR Reporting and Data Analyst should have:

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in handling and interpreting large datasets.
