I am currently assisting a well known Financial Services brand recruit an experienced HR Data Analyst for their wider HR team. Reporting into a Lead HR Data Analyst, this is a fantastic opportunity to build your career in Data Analytics for a people-centric business. This is a newly created role to support the growth and change of the business. You would be joining at a really exciting time!

MUST COME FROM AN HR BACKGROUND

Experience of working with Workday would be highly beneficial. Due to managing change, you must be very confident working with large data sets in Excel; therefore, strong Microsoft Excel skills are a prerequisite for this role.

The company in question has a policy of four days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

As the HR Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR function through the accurate management and analysis of employee data. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Data interrogation and reporting
  2. Improving data efficiency
  3. Assisting with exciting projects, such as HRIS Transformation
  4. Process improvement
  5. Ad-hoc reporting
  6. Administrative support

Joining a fantastic, wider HR team, you will be able to work on some exciting projects of change within the business whilst working closely with stakeholders such as Finance and Legal.

This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing company in a really well-thought-of team.
