We are seeking a detailed oriented HR Administrator to support our HR and Operations and Data manager in ensuring the timely completion of operational tasks. In this role, you will help maintain accurate HR data and ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently. 

The HR Administrator will support annual HR processes including performance management, 360 feedback and the compensation cycle.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support with operational projects including systems enhancements, HR policy updates, employee re-screening, process development and internal HR procedure improvements.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Operations and Data Manager and the Compensation & Benefits Manager on development and deployment of new initiatives.
  • Track and complete relevant tasks on HR-related activities such data protection, risk, right to work, rescreening, invoices and data validation.
  • Alongside the HR Data Analyst, help to produce HR management information on a regular and ad hoc basis. Help with analysing data to provide insight, key messages and trends for stakeholders within the business and HR.
  • Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.
  • Support with preparing presentations and key supporting schedules for the HR team.

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:

  • Able to work under pressure and commit to strict deadlines.
  • Excellent ability to analyse and interpret data.
  • Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong customer service skills.

IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE:

  • Working knowledge of HR systems.
  • Experience of HR reporting.
  • Experience in working on HR projects.
