As our next Receptionist, you
- Will be the face of Novotel London West, extending a warm welcome to our guests, putting their well-being at the heart of everything you do, while adding your personal touch to their stay
- Provide quality service to the customer by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay
- Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis
- Be the link with the different departments of the hotel to ensure a wonderful guest experience
- Use every opportunity to promote hotel facilities and maximise sales through sound product knowledge and selling skills

To help you navigate your role, and support your success you will be trained in all front of house related functions and the safety of the property and people.
Qualifications- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (and a 2nd language would be a plus)
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong team player
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solvingabilities and the ability to lead by example
- Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
- Must be legally eligible to work in UK
