As the Head of Treasury Data Science & Analytics, you'll play a pivotal role in driving data-driven growth decisions and innovative solutions that align with our mission. The position is hybrid onsite in our London office, with a global team and regular travel to Seattle.

You Will:Data Strategy and Innovation

Develop and implement the overall analytics strategy for the Treasury departmentBreak down complex data and analytics concepts into digestible information for leadership, product, and the wider business to increase our teams' impactAdvance the existing machine learning models to improve our predictive capabilities focused on our FX Trading, partner pre-funding, and cash managementBuild the analytics and insights needed to support the financial risk management framework of the company (e.g. Liquidity, FX, Credit)Create and own metrics and tools that generate insights that guide strategy and daily operations

Strategic Partnership

Collaborate closely within Treasury to drive priorities and build data-backed convictionForge strong partnerships across product, engineering, and operating teamsIdentify opportunities to leverage advanced analytics for process optimization and automation across our business

Leadership and Team Development

Build and lead a high-performing team of 3-6 analystsFoster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learningEnsure rigorous and timely delivery of analytical projects

You Have:

Proven experience leading data science or analytics teams in a fast-paced environmentStrong background in financial analytics, preferably in treasury or risk managementExperience in building reporting for senior leaders combined with excellent communication skillsAbility to translate complex insights into actionable recommendationsExpertise in data visualization, statistical analysis, and machine learningTrack record of driving data-driven decision making at a strategic levelAbility to thrive in an autonomous, high-growth environmentEducational background in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Finance or equivalentOur Benefits:
