This creates a new, unique, and powerful first-party data set that represents the last and most impactful untapped reservoir of advertising performance.Our objective is to help marketing organizations power every creative decision with data.Job Description:Managing a team of Global Client Partners (GCPs) and reporting to the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for the team’s successful execution of our Client Journey and hitting company retention and expansion growth targets. You will be required to hire exceptional talent, uncover strategies to coach, motivate and develop your team, act as an executive sponsor across accounts, identify opportunities to improve the GCP team's ability to be a repeatable revenue machine, and provide accurate forecasting of your team’s performance.The team you will be managing each run a portfolio of strategic relationships (up to C-level) with Fortune 500 businesses to understand their business objectives and plan and execute a roadmap of successfully embedding the use of our technology at scale. This requires GCPs to consult clients on the use of our technology and data, while also partnering with their agencies and platform partners (Meta, Google, etc.), to transform the way that creative data informs their marketing strategy.Who you are:5 years + experience of managing and leading enterprise sales teamsExperienced in managing teams responsible for the entire SaaS sales cycle across existing enterprise customers8-10+ years of experience in media, technology, and analytics (preferred)Superior coaching skills - ability to observe, evaluate & use various techniques to improve resultsDetail-oriented and the ability to manage multiple objectivesAbility to work cross-functionally to drive business results through collaborationData-driven and passionate about the power of data and insightsA proven track record of team quota attainmentStrong communication & presentation skills, and comfortable presenting to the C-suiteStrong individual & team motivation skills, with high self-awareness and good interpersonal and EQ skillsResourceful, hard-working, and solutions-oriented mindsetEmbraces ambiguity and applies experiences to come to tactical and strategic growth resolutionsAn MBA is a plus; start-up experience is a plusThe preferred qualifications are not dealbreakers!
