Our client is looking for an experienced ML/AI engineer to lead their delivery of effective ML/AI-driven solutions and processes, and to help shape their ML/AI strategy.

Role:Lead Machine Learning Engineer
Location:Fully Remote (UK)

In your role as ML/AI Lead, your duties will include:

  1. Reviewing their backlog of ML/AI-candidate projects and building, developing, and managing a team around you to work with you on delivery.

Key requirements:

  1. Design, build, deliver, and maintain end-to-end ML/AI solutions that enhance, organize, and enrich their data, cost-effectively, accurately, and scalable.
  2. Plan and manage their ML/AI delivery pipeline.
  3. Mentor and coach team members on ML engineering best practices.
  4. Advise senior management on their ML/AI strategy.

Key skills:

  1. Python for Machine Learning and Data Science.
  2. Frameworks used in Machine Learning and Data Science such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
  3. Computer vision.
  4. Data Science and Visualisation libraries including Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, matplotlib, Seaborn.
  5. Cloud services used in machine learning and data science, such as Azure, OpenAI, Hugging Face, AWS ML/AI.
  6. Machine Learning Applications development life cycle processes and tools – MLOps, including building ETL data pipelines.
