What You'll Do:

  1. Drive the retail advertising strategy, optimizing existing commercial setups.
  2. Mentor team leads and develop commercial acumen across the organization.
  3. Collaborate with senior teams to accelerate supplier media engagement and revenue, setting retail media strategy and implementing plans across the market.
  4. Identify and execute new revenue streams while driving significant cost efficiencies.
