Job Title: Head of Condor Implementation - Personalisation Recruitment Partner: Matt Haywood Contract: 18 month secondment Location: Nottingham About the role We're looking for a Head of Implementation/Personalisation to lead leading the implementation and personalisation of Salesforce from a marketing perspective. You will have a blend of technical expertise and marketing experience to effectively oversee the Salesforce integration, ensuring it aligns with our marketing strategies and customer engagement objectives. You will be collaborative, and customer-focused, with skills in technical scoping and impact identification. Key Responsibilities: Salesforce Implementation Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive implementation plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Oversee the configuration and customisation of Salesforce to meet the specific needs of the marketing department. Ensure all data migration activities are completed accurately and efficiently, maintaining data integrity throughout the transition. Personalisation Strategy: Design and implement personalised marketing campaigns using Salesforce capabilities to enhance customer engagement and increase revenue growth. Utilise existing Salesforce's AI and machine learning tools to develop predictive analytics and personalised recommendations. Create and manage customer segments within Salesforce to deliver targeted marketing messages and offers. Continuously optimise personalisation strategies based on performance data and customer feedback. Technical Scoping and Management: Collaborate with IT and other technical teams to define technical requirements and scope Develop and maintain detailed documentation of technical specifications, workflows, and processes related to the Salesforce implementation. Identify potential technical challenges and develop solutions to mitigate risks, ensuring a smooth implementation process. Customer-Centric Approach: Ensure all implementation and personalisation efforts are customer-focused, enhancing the overall customer experience. Collect and analyse customer feedback to continually improve personalisation strategies. Develop customer journey maps to identify key touchpoints and opportunities for personalised engagement. Work closely with the customer marketing & Loyalty team to provide a seamless transition for customers during the implementation phase. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, IT, Customer Service, and Product Development to ensure alignment and successful implementation. Communicate project status, issues, and solutions to stakeholders at various levels of the organisation. Facilitate regular meetings and updates with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any concerns promptly. Develop and deliver training programs for marketing and sales teams to maximize their use of Salesforce. Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyse the performance of personalised marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders. Utilise Salesforce analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and identify areas for improvement. Develop dashboards and reporting tools within Salesforce to provide real-time visibility into key marketing metrics. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in data management. Team Leadership and Development: Build and lead a team of marketing professionals focused on Salesforce implementation and personalisation. Provide mentorship and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and career growth. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. What you’ll need to have These are the essential skills or experience needed to succeed in this role. You will have previous experience in leading MarTech implementation projects from a marketing perspective. You will have previous experience in marketing, with a significant portion in digital marketing and personalisation strategies. You will have previous experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and other Salesforce products or similar platforms You will have previous in managing large-scale CRM implementations, including data migration, system integration, and user training.
