Competitive Salary and Benefits:We offer a competitive starting salary of £30,000, 26 days of annual leave (increasing to 30 days after four years), plus bank holidays. What will I be doing?

  • Turning large sets of data into useful insights to help our teams make better decisions.
  • Creating models and visual tools to support our strategies and daily operations.
  • Finding ways to improve our services, making them safer and more efficient.
  • Ensuring the data we use is accurate and reliable.
  • Helping drive our digital transformation by using data to innovate and improve our processes.

What do I need to be successful?

We require our graduates to have a minimum 2:2 degree in Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

You will also need:

  • Strong technical skills in programming, statistical analysis, and data visualisation.
  • Critical thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively.
  • Collaboration skills to work across different teams and achieve goals.
  • Flexibility to work in various teams and travel if needed.

Additional Information

Our recruitment process requires you to complete:

  • A deductive and verbal reasoning test
  • A one-way video interview
  • An assessment centre, which will take place between 27th November - 6th December 2024.
