Andy has built and led data teams across global enterprises and high growth scale-ups on five continents. He has delivered cloud native platforms, launched AI products end-to-end, and holds patents for novel machine learning applications in the UK Capital Markets. Trained in statistics at Oxford, he pairs strong technical fundamentals with clear judgement, a commercial focus, and a bias to deliver.

Jonny Dungay - Head of Data: Strategy & Growth

Jonny brings extensive experience from some of the world’s most respected teams. He has helped scale Google Cloud’s European go-to-market strategy and led multi-million-pound engineering projects at Citadel. Holding both an undergraduate and master’s degree in mathematics from Cambridge, he pairs analytical rigour with a sharp focus on delivering real-world impact, ensuring our data team operates at a world-class level.

The Opportunity

As a Graduate Data Analyst at Relay, you will:

  • Write SQL queries to analyse courier and parcel flow data, uncovering patterns and opportunities.

  • Build dashboards and reports that help teams make better decisions.

  • Work alongside product, operations, and engineering teams to test ideas and measure impact.

  • Learn how to turn messy, real-world data into clear insights.

  • Develop your technical skills through pair programming, code reviews, and mentorship.

  • Contribute to projects that directly impact how thousands of couriers and merchants use our platform.

You Might Be a Great Fit If…
  • You are in the final year of a degree in a quantitative field (mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, physics, engineering, or similar)

  • Some experience with SQL whether from coursework, personal projects, or internships

  • The ability to structure problems and think critically about data.
