Job Title: Graduate Data Analyst

Type: Full-Time, 6-12 Month Contract with Potential for Permanent Placement

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Graduate Data Analyst to join our team at our Witney, Oxfordshire location. This role is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates who are eager to apply their skills in data analysis and contribute to meaningful projects within a global healthcare organisation. The initial contract will be for 6-12 months with the potential for a permanent position based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and interpret large data sets to provide actionable insights for various business units.

  • Support data-driven decision-making by preparing clear reports, dashboards, and visualisations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and recommend solutions.

  • Maintain and optimise data systems and workflows to ensure data integrity and availability.

  • Participate in quality control processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.

    What We’re Looking For:

  • Educational Background: A recent graduate with a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis software (such as SQL, R, Python) and visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

  • Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to draw insights from complex data.

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high standards of accuracy and quality in data handling and analysis.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders
