Client:Meta (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Meta Quest, Ray-Ban Glasses)

Meta is significantly increasing its investment in media spend, and as their Global Media Agency of Record, we are expanding our team to support this exciting new scope. Spark Foundry is looking for a Global Strategy Director to lead transformative strategies for Meta, connecting data, creativity, and media to deliver impactful solutions across international markets.

Your Role:

  1. Strategic Leadership:Design and implement integrated global communication strategies that align with Meta’s ambitious growth goals, balancing brand development with performance outcomes. Leverage advanced data and insights to optimise marketing investment and drive ROI.
  2. Client Partnership:Serve as a trusted advisor to Meta’s leadership, driving forward cohesive strategies across Meta’s product ecosystem, including Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Meta Quest, and Ray-Ban Glasses.
  3. Innovation and Transformation:Champion cutting-edge digital and technological solutions, pioneering initiatives in data utilisation, personalisation at scale, and new measurement techniques.
  4. Global Coordination:Foster seamless collaboration between central and local teams, ensuring strategies are implemented effectively and consistently across regions. Support training and best practices to empower local teams.

What You’ll Need:

  1. Strong experience in a media, creative, or digital strategy role with global account management experience.
  2. Exceptional analytical and creative thinking with strong storytelling skills.
  3. Passion for Meta’s mission and a deep understanding of digital ecosystems.
