Overview

Global Planning Manager – Starting February!

Client:Meta (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Meta Quest, Ray-Ban Glasses)

As Meta invests more into its global media presence, Spark Foundry is expanding its team to meet this enhanced scope. We are seekingtwoGlobal Planning Managers to oversee media planning and coordination across international markets for one of the world’s most innovative companies.

Your Role:

  1. Media Planning:Oversee international media planning for Meta’s campaigns, integrating central biddable strategies with local offline media plans. Provide coordination and guidance to local teams to ensure cohesive execution across all markets.
  2. Client Communication:Build strong relationships with Meta’s global and regional teams, serving as the primary contact for campaign updates, feedback, and strategy discussions. Regularly contribute to client meetings and provide high-quality deliverables.
  3. Data and Analysis:Manage data tracking and aggregation across multiple markets to generate insights and learnings that shape future strategies. Oversee PCAs (Post Campaign Analyses) and ensure actionable recommendations are shared.
  4. Team Collaboration:Support and mentor junior team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development. Partner with the wider planning team to drive efficiencies and maintain high performance.

What You’ll Need:

  1. Some experience in media planning and coordination, ideally on global or regional accounts at Senior Exec or Manager level
  2. Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
  3. Passion for media planning and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
