What you would do:

  • Help the founders and leadership in their day-to-day work and take on any tasks that could help increase their productivity
  • Support the team in driving forward key projects and initiatives across different business verticals, such as marketing, commercial, product development, engineering, legal, and HR
  • Conduct research and provide strategic insights that inform decision-making and help shape the company’s direction
  • Identify and implement process improvements that optimise operations and enable the company to scale effectively
  • Take ownership of high-impact ad-hoc assignments, providing hands-on support in areas that drive business growth and operational efficiency

Who you are:

  • 1-3 years' experience working in a challenging role in corporate development, consulting, big tech, a fintech start-up or equivalent
  • A commercially minded generalist capable of handling various aspects of the business, including marketing, commercial, product, engineering, legal, and HR
  • Possess a quasi-MBA type of mindset, with the ability to understand and contribute to different facets of the business
  • Highly organised with excellent multitasking and time management skills
  • Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organisation
