Fractal is solving human-agentic orchestration to enable companies to scale independent of headcount. Our core product synchronises tasks, team, models, and agents, using advanced machine learning to activate companies with AI. Our founding team built, scaled, and sold companies including a $100m sale and an IPO. You will receive equity and be valued as an owner from day one.


What You Will Do

As the Founder’s Associate, you will be anexecutor, critical thought partner, and an extension of the CEO.Your work will span strategic initiatives, operations, product, and sales. The role offers exposure to all aspects of the business:


  • Product:Collaborate with designers and engineers to shape product direction.
  • Fundraising:Support round structure, investor outreach, and pitch development.
  • Sales:Build a go-to-market strategy with the CEO for a product that redefines how organisations operate.
  • Operations:Tackle business challenges with creativity and execution.
  • Open Space:We have ongoing ad hoc opportunities that need more capacity to shape and lead.


Your mission:Prioritise, adapt, and take ownership. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to learn, and is driven by taking ownership to achieve outcomes. No two days will be the same. You will get stuck in across the entire breadth and depth of the business, including: strategy, operations, product, fundraising, go to market, and expansion.
