Location:London (on-site 2 days a week)
We are seeking a visionary Chief Architect to join our client, focusing on enhancing client experiences, both B2C and B2B. You'd lead the design and execution of a cutting-edge technology and data architecture strategy, working alongside their CTPO.

Chief Architect Responsibilities:
- Build and drive a comprehensive technology and data architecture strategy from the ground up.
- Champion architectural standards and principles, ensuring decisions align with long-term business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions that support strategic and commercial ambitions.
- Redesign and enhance microservices and system integrations for scalability and efficiency.
- Develop policies and standards to guide the implementation and evolution of enterprise technology.
Chief Architect Requirements:
- Proven experience in enterprise-level technology and data architecture within high-growth, tech-driven environments.
- Expertise in defining and executing strategies that integrate application, data, product, and technology dimensions.
- Advocate XP principals including pairing and TDD
- Strong engineering background in scalable, distributed applications.
- Passion for leveraging technology to solve complex business challenges and drive innovation.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a business at the forefront of digital transformation, combining smart technology with human service to create market-leading B2B (and B2C) experiences.
