As our next Food & Beverage Supervisor, you

Passionate about guest interaction, food and beverage? As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will lead your team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests.

Main responsibilities:

  • Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team
  • Supervise and delegate duties
  • Ensure brand standards are maintained
  • Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
  • To supervise the team on duty to ensure they complete all duties and tasks and to ensure our guests receive the best possible guest experience
  • To assist the manager in all areas of the Food and Beverage Department.
  • Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
  • Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
  • Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
  • Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
  • Other duties as assigned
