Finance Transformation Manager - UK Head Office - Wonderfield Group Contract: Full Time Salary: up to £80,000 Contracted Hours: 40 The Wonderfield Group has recently been purchased by Zensho Holdings, the leading food service company in Japan with a market cap of $5.5b and whose aim is to become the worlds largest food company, a position from which we can eradicate hunger and poverty from around the globe. We operate restaurants, factories, and thousands of sushi kiosks and have recently built a successful cut fruit business, Snowfruit. Combining this with the three businesses previously owned by Zensho, AFC, Sushi Circle and Sushi Take, results in annual sales of $2.5b and Ebitda in excess of $140m a year with an ambitious growth trajectory. We are seeking a Transformation Manager to drive organisational change and improve business processes within our UK businesses. The UK business is currently engaged in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP implementation, you will provide initial support to the implementation team whilst planning areas for process and systems improvement. This position is critical for supporting an evolving UK business. A all round seaasoned Financial exppert - previous experience as a finiacial contraoller that wants to move more into Business change and transformations An excellent communicator, the ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in finance processes and system improvement projects. Be able to demonstrate expertise in driving process automation and delivering operational efficiency. As the Transformation Manager, you will be required to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop transformation strategies, and execute projects to drive organizational growth and success. Provide hands on support to assess the present state of the UK systems and processes, chart out the desired future state, and create a comprehensive plan to smoothly bridge the gap. Review and complete existing process documentation to be used for ‘as is’ state and as measure for changes. Prioritise and cost planned improvements. Deliver actionable, analytical insights to spark new improvement ideas and assess the impact of existing ones. Manage project funds in accordance with established accounting policies and procedures; challenge where there is budget overrun or plan slippage. Lead the process of continuous improvement of the financial and management accounting systems to make sure they are used in an optimal way. System Configuration: Oversee the setup and configuration of the new system with our ERP service provider to accommodate new entities and business units. Process Improvement: Identify and implement changes to financial reporting and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business, including IT, operations, and finance teams, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. Training and Support: Develop and deliver training for finance and operational staff to ensure smooth transition and adoption of the new systems and processes put in place. Skills: Demonstrated expertise in finance processes, with a solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and operational finance workflows.
