This role is based out of our London Store Support Centre & Home. Colleagues attend the office 1‑2 days per week on average.

What You’ll Do

You will play a pivotal role in driving business innovation and growth through the strategic use of technology to enhance productivity, uncover new insights, implement automation, and improve control. Your responsibilities will include owning and maintaining the digital asset portfolio of the Planning and Performance team, ensuring accuracy and adaptability to business changes, delivering ad‑hoc analysis and insights to Retail and Commercial Finance stakeholders, championing the development of quality digital assets, promoting data democratisation, and aligning work with risk appetite and digital control frameworks.


Who You Are

You are a driven and innovative professional with a strong focus on leveraging technology to drive commercial performance and enhance retail operations. With a solid foundation in finance and demonstrative experience in data analysis, process improvement, and automation, you possess the skills to turn data into valuable insights that support decision‑making and business growth. Your expertise in Alteryx, SQL/Snowflake, and BI tools, combined with stakeholder engagement, enables you to deliver impactful results in a fast‑paced environment.


Essential Criteria

  • Demonstrable experience in data manipulation and analysis, translating data into actionable insights that support commercial performance.
  • Proven experience in process improvement and automation, with practical examples of implemented efficiencies.
  • Finance knowledge gained through qualification or equivalent professional experience, relevant to supporting commercial decision‑making.
  • Working knowledge of Alteryx or other ETL tools, with evidence of use in a professional setting.
  • Hands‑on experience with SQL or Snowflake and BI tools, applied in a commercial or analytical context.
