An innovative and dynamic Venture Capital firm is looking for an EA to support a Partner. The culture is inclusive, vibrant and high-achieving.

The location, hours and culture are all great (4/1 hybrid working)

What you’ll be doing day to day:

• Proactively supporting the Partner; gatekeeping and keeping one step ahead
• Coordinating a busy diary, arranging meetings and global travel
• Working closely with stakeholders, clients and external businesses
• Developing strong working relationships across the whole office
• Researching and preparing material for meetings
• Organising internal events and corporate hospitality
• Supporting with personal administration as required

The skills you need to bring:

• EA/PA experience, ideally from financial services, management consultancy
• Experience supporting professionals in a fast-paced, global environment
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Confident communication skills – both verbal and written
• True desire to be part of a dynamic and successful team
• No job to big or too small attitude
