Honeycomb are delighted to be working with the Northern Health and Social Care Trust to recruit for an Entry Level Data Analyst (Band 4) / Data Analyst (Band 5) based in Ballymena.

Location: Ballymena
Full-Time | Temporary
Hybrid working available following induction
Band dependent on qualifications and experience

The Person

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in Ballymena.
This exciting opportunity offers hands-on experience in data analysis and reporting, supporting the delivery of high-quality performance information to key stakeholders across the organisation.

You\'ll play a vital role in developing and maintaining data dashboards and reports, using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Access, and Power BI to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights.

The Role
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards tailored to users\' needs.
  • Analyse and interpret data to support performance monitoring and decision-making.
  • Work with colleagues to identify and meet information requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all data outputs.
  • Support the ongoing improvement of reporting processes and data systems.
Essential Criteria
  • A relevant third-level qualification with a significant data analytics element (e.g. Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Information Systems).
  • Relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, or performance information.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Power BI.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
