Job Description


Enterprise Clients is part of our direct sales channel and is truly global, comprised of a collaborative group of salespeople who work together to retain and grow Insights biggest customers. An Enterprise Client is typically a global company working with Insights in multiple geographies; they often have complex requirements, over 5,000 employees, require dedicated management in several countries/languages and are of long-term strategic importance to us.


The team is made up of Enterprise Client Directors, responsible for driving the global growth strategy in a defined portfolio of customers, and, Enterprise Client Managers who contribute to, and deliver the global strategy in their region or market.


This role covers the whole of the UK & Ireland where the majority of the clients interactions are virtual, so there will be limited travel.


  • Responsible for profitably executing the Enterprise Clients account strategy as defined by the Enterprise Clients Director for a specified portfolio of clients. Your portfolio may consist of a specific client list, or you may be required to manage all customer relationships in a specific country or cross-border as required.
  • You'll work to establish strong, senior-level relationships with key client buyers, practitioners, and decision-makers to win large, global projects.
  • Manage and grow a focused portfolio of assigned and named Enterprise Client accounts.
  • Meet or exceed revenue and related targets (profitability, contribution, Customer Happiness) through globally collaborative account planning, management, and execution.
  • Build and develop senior level relationships with key client buyers, Practitioners, and decision makers in support of winning large, global projects.


Qualifications


  • Expertise in selling complex/strategic solutions and managing complex client accounts.
  • An understanding of who the key stakeholders are within L&D so you are making the right connections to network with
  • Driven for results and success, regularly achieving/exceeding goals and objectives.
  • Using CRM and other technology applications to drive personal effectiveness and productivity.
  • Building relationships and influencing stakeholders (including C-suite levels).
  • Demonstrating business acumen and professionalism (internal & external).
  • Highly credible and engaging in front of senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
