  • Evangelize our radically simple, all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions, ensuring customers fully grasp Pure’s total value proposition to organizations at the forefront of AI innovation.
  • Build and invest in relationships with customers to establish Pure’s value, continually driving the highest customer satisfaction ratings in the industry
  • Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to make sure all internal resources are engaged to execute and win new Pure Customers
  • Drive and manage a healthy and robust pipeline of sales activity to assure quarterly and annual quotas are met or exceeded

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Plus Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within assigned territories or accounts.
  • Track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target organizations
  • Staying at the forefront of AI industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics
  • Can articulate the value proposition of our solutions in the context of AI and HPC workloads and engage in thoughtful discussions about AI and HPC applications, data pipelines, and infrastructure requirements
  • Collaborate with our product team to provide market feedback and influence product roadmap
  • Work closely with sales engineers, product specialists, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Partner with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and attend industry events
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and processes, messaging
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 3 years sales/bd selling to AI and HPC related technologies or solutions, with a focus on new logo acquisition or business development
  • Clear experience selling Business solutions to the C-Suite / SVP / & VP levels of F1000 companies
  • Demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar sales quotas in a high-growth environment
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and their AI/ML services
  • Strong understanding of AI and HPC technologies, machine learning workflows, and related infrastructure requirements
  • Familiarity with data analytics, big data technologies, and data science workflows
  • Qualifications require experience outside of traditional storage for the past consecutive 5 years
  • As this is an office-centric role, you are expected to be present in the Staines office for 3 days a week. As outlined in Pure's Hybrid Work Policy, there will be variations over periods of time, depending on business need.
