Overview

Sat within our brilliant Commerce Solutions team, the Commerce eMerchandising & Retail Ops Manager will work across clients and project based workstreams, supporting the likes of Essity, Newell Brands and Perrigo.

As eMerchandising & Retail Ops Manager, you'll focus on improving organic performance & sales on retailer & marketplaces. This can range (depending on the brief) from implementing & managing tools & tech products, delivering content audits to hands on retail operations workstreams (e.g. catalogue management, buy-box optimisations).

You will be assisting the team with client facing deliverables, so accuracy, attention to detail and clear communication skills are critical. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a truly progressive and leading Commerce team!

Responsibilities

  • Provide content audits & recommendations to improve organic rank & paid media conversion from PDP’s.
  • Manage content production briefing process and project management process across internal production stakeholders.
  • Proactively maintain knowledge on latest digital shelf topics within the industry and for key categories of Commerce clients (e.g. Beauty) & distribute to the wider team.
  • Maintain retailer guidelines and best practices across digital shelf touchpoints so that our clients have the latest information on retailer capabilities.
  • Leverage latest Groupe technology to drive content production efficiencies (e.g. AI for SEO written content), and upskill the wider team on capabilities when required.
  • Monitor and optimise client activity to KPI’s, driving efficiencies in media investment through holistic search strategies and improving organic performance on retailers.
  • Ownership for all Amazon retail operations tasks for your named client/project which can include stock management audits, vendor central optimisations, buy-box analysis, catalogue management & chargeback recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience working across eMerchandising (including Brand store design, PDP optimisation, A+ content and SEO), Amazon Retail Ops, Vendor central management, Seller central management.
  • Has a strong understanding of 1P vs 3P and fulfilment tactics on Amazon.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Adept at identifying and providing solutions to challenges that arise during a campaign or strategy project implementation.
  • Approach challenges with a positive and solution-oriented mindset, seeking creative ways to overcome obstacles and deliver results for client.
