As an Electronics Engineer, you will get to tackle diverse, real-world challenges from the ground up. Typically, this will involve going through the whole product life cycle, capturing requirements, designing, developing, documenting, testing, and delivering through to production. Awerian’s wide variety of intriguing projects, from proof-of-concept through to working prototypes, provide both intellectual and practical challenges.

Requirements

You will have a track record of academic excellence, hold a relevant degree, and have proven technical capabilities including the design and development of technology solutions. You will need knowledge and notable experience in several of the following areas:

  1. FPGA firmware development, debugging and testing
  2. DSP design and modelling
  3. Signal processing/algorithm design
  4. High-speed electronics design
  5. RF/Microwave electronics design and simulation
  6. Electronics hardware design, schematic capture and testing
  7. Embedded software development, debugging and testing
  8. Experience in C, C#, C++, MATLAB, Python or Simulink
  9. Experience in communications and networking, implementing and/or designing protocols
  10. Experience of collaborating with other engineers on system architecture, interfaces & hardware design/procurement

We are keen to hear from Engineers with experience in any sector; however, experience in defence would be useful.
