About The Role

They are seeking aData Engineering Leadto spearhead the development of post-trade reporting, analytics, and end-of-day risk infrastructure. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will lead a team of five engineers, ensuring operational excellence and developing automated workflows to support Risk, Operations, and related teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the digital assets division’s technical initiatives, focusing on post-trade reporting and risk infrastructure.
• Automate workflows for Risk, Operations, and related functions to enhance efficiency.
• Build robust, efficient systems for managing intra-day positions, risk, and P&L.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, set priorities, and deliver scalable solutions.

What They’re Looking For

Required:

• 7+ yearsof experience with Python, Java, Kotlin, or Rust, including3+ yearsin financial services.
• Expertise in tools such asSpark, Airflow, Snowflake, or Kafka.
• Familiarity withblockchain technologyand finance-related datasets.

Preferred:

• Experience withcloud platforms(AWS/GCP),CI/CD pipelines, andDocker.
