✨ Director of Quality Assurance - Clinical GMP UK & EU


Location:Can be located in the UK, Netherlands, or Germany (with 20% travel 3-4 days per month)


This business is a leader in the pharmaceutical supply chain, managing a complex portfolio of MIA and WDA licenses across multiple European markets. We are seeking aDirector of Quality Assuranceto drive operational excellence, lead a high performing QA team, and ensure compliance across the UK, Netherlands, and Germany.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of six QA professionals, ensuring adherence to EU regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee GMP & GDP compliance, with a focus on clinical supply chain and logistics.
  • Act as a SME in front of clients, demonstrating confidence and expertise.
  • Support regulatory audits and key customer visits
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to uphold quality standards and improve processes.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Astrong GMP background—really looking for a rising star in the pharma industry.
  • Experience working withclinical products(preferred) or both clinical and commercial, just commercial experience unfortunately wouldn't suit.
  • Anatural leaderwho can inspire a team and maintain standards, looking for that energetic spark!
  • Client facing confidence—someone who can engage with tough customers and navigate complex conversations.
  • A structured yet adaptable leadership style—able to balance strategic oversight with hands-on problem-solving exhibiting a agile and adaptable working style.
