Role Overview:


We are looking for a Director of Growth Engineering to own and lead the SEO Engineering, MarTech, Acquisition, and Social Engineering teams.

This role will be instrumental in scaling our user acquisition efforts through AI-driven search optimization, social engagement, and performance marketing technologies.

You will be responsible for engineering-led growth strategies, ensuring that our platform leverages cutting-edge SEO, paid and organic acquisition techniques, and marketing technology innovations to drive user engagement and conversions.


The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in growth engineering, SEO, and marketing automation, along with experience in leveraging AI and data-driven insights to enhance user acquisition and retention. You will work closely with product, data science, and marketing teams to build scalable systems that optimize how users find and interact with Property Finder.


Key Responsibilities:


1) SEO & Search Optimization


  • Lead the SEO Engineering team, ensuring AI-driven search optimization and automated ranking improvements.
  • Drive technical SEO strategies for crawling, indexing, and ranking optimizations, leveraging structured data, dynamic rendering, and AI-powered search personalization.
  • Develop programmatic SEO initiatives to scale landing pages and drive organic search traffic growth.
  • Implement A/B testing frameworks for SEO improvements, working closely with data science teams to track impact.
  • Stay ahead of search engine evolution, ensuring Property Finder adapts to AI-powered search landscapes (e.g., ChatGPT, Google SGE, and voice search).


2) MarTech / AdTech & Growth Automation


  • Own marketing technology (MarTech) infrastructure, ensuring a seamless data flow between product, marketing, and analytics teams.
  • Build and scale automated marketing platforms, including customer segmentation, attribution modeling, and dynamic content personalization.
  • Develop real-time analytics and reporting systems to optimize user engagement, retention, and conversion rates.
  • Optimize CRM and retargeting strategies, integrating first-party data with Google Ads, Meta, and other acquisition platforms.


3) Acquisition & Paid Growth Engineering


  • Lead engineering initiatives for performance marketing, attribution tracking, and audience segmentation.
  • Optimize paid search, display, and social advertising performance through data-driven automation and AI-powered bidding strategies.
  • Build real-time event-based data pipelines for tracking marketing effectiveness and campaign ROI.
  • Ensure seamless user journey tracking across web, app, and social channels to maximize engagement and conversion rates.


4) Social Engineering & AI-Powered Content Targeting


  • Lead the Social Engineering team, focusing on leveraging AI to optimize social media engagement as a property search problem.
  • Develop predictive models for dynamic content distribution across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Optimize content recommendation engines, ensuring personalized, high-impact property listings and video content targeting.
  • Build social listening tools and sentiment analysis systems to understand user behavior and refine targeting strategies.


5) Leadership & Cross-Team Collaboration


  • Build and lead a high-performing growth engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner closely with Product, Data Science, Marketing, and Engineering to align growth initiatives with business objectives.
  • Work directly with CMO, SEO leads, and performance marketing teams to enhance Property Finder’s omnichannel growth strategy.
  • Drive AI and machine learning adoption for growth automation, predictive analytics, and personalized user journeys.



Key Qualifications:


  • 10+ years of experience in engineering leadership, with a focus on growth engineering, SEO, MarTech, and acquisition technologies.
  • Strong technical SEO expertise, including crawling, indexing, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and AI-powered search.
  • Hands-on experience with MarTech platforms, attribution modeling, CRM integration, and marketing automation.
  • Expertise in performance marketing technologies, paid acquisition (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok), and growth analytics.
  • Proven ability to scale AI-driven recommendation systems for personalized property search and content targeting.
  • Experience with real-time data pipelines, event-driven architectures, and marketing automation workflows.
  • Deep understanding of user behavior analytics, conversion rate optimization, and retention strategies.
  • Familiarity with programmatic SEO, machine learning-based ranking models, and NLP for search optimization.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in hiring, mentoring, and scaling growth engineering teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in SQL, BigQuery, Python, and analytics tools like GA4, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
