ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Working closely within a team on a variety of end-to-end projects from customer churn, segmentation, forecasting, geospatial analysis and then innovative GenAI and LLM models Working alongside technical and non-technical stakeholders, creating insights and reports on key findings Managing a team of 5, whilst remaining hands-on as a Tech Lead focusing on code reviews and upskilling the team Chance to influence company Data Science strategy working closely with the CTO and founders SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Required MSc or PhD in STEM/AI related subject from a Russell Group University Proficiency in Python, SQL and Machine Learning 8 years experience Experience across a variety of ML projects is key Excellent communication skills with proven experience working with stakeholders Apply below
