Development Support Analyst | HYBRID LONDON | Up to £80,000


We are incredibly excited to be partnered with a UK leading specialist Insurer who are looking for a Development support analyst to help play a pivotal role in their technical team.


You will help manage the multiple development tools that the team use. Ensuring that they understand security, end of life/ expiry, configuration and deployment of the tooling.


You will be joining a diverse, cross functional team who all share a passion and obsession for all things tech.


Day to Day Work:

  • Ensure that you understand security, end of life/ expiry, configuration and deployment of the tooling.
  • Work with all departments to ensure users have the tools needed for their role and ensure that their configuration meets the user needs.
  • Responsible for the successful delivery of tooling for end users and managing their issues by having a deep understanding of how the tools are configured.
  • Work with other teams to ensure packaging and deployments are managed effectively. ensuring that all users are on a supported version of the dev tooling.
  • Work with users to upgrade or migrate to supported versions.


Ideally you will have:


  • Previous experience as a developer
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Good technical knowledge of how development tools are managed, configured and deployed
  • Established knowledge of development tools and how they are configured including but not limited to Python, Matlab, R studio
  • Familiar with Development lifecycle
  • Experience in developing, managing and configuring development tools.
