who will play a crucial role in guiding and inspiring our project teams, elevating our brand and packaging designs to the next level.About the role

As a

Design Director Branding , you will guide a project team of designers towards developing world-class branding and packaging solutions. You will oversee projects from concept to execution, ensuring strategic and aesthetic excellence while mentoring the project team and fostering a collaborative environment.No two weeks are the same—you’ll work on a mix of projects across a variety of clients and industries, from luxury brands to fast-moving consumer products. One day, you might be inspiring a junior designer to bring the best to the table in refining a high-end packaging concept; the next, you’re presenting a strategic brand design direction to a tech client. Pushing the work forward at each stage.Here’s what you’ll do:Lead and inspire

the design team, ensuring high-level creative direction across branding projects.Coach and mentor

team members, fostering growth and professional development.Oversee project execution

while providing clear strategic and conceptual guidance.Ensure the highest design quality , both conceptually and technically.Maintain a hands-on approach —while leading the team, you’ll still be involved in designing and refining creative work.Juggle multiple projects , ensuring each one maintains creative integrity and aligns with business objectives.Manage project workflows , ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.Present work effectively , building strong client relationships and articulating design decisions with confidence.Collaborate with the Creative Director

You are an experienced leader with a strong background in branding and packaging design. You have the ability to inspire, guide, and mentor a team while delivering outstanding creative solutions.
