Delivery Manager Full time – 12 month FTC Derby/ Hybrid Why Rolls Royce? Civil Digital & IT are developing their next generation Digital products and platforms, leveraging Big Data and Cloud technologies to enhance and accelerate our Digital Twin and Applied Intelligence capabilities. We are looking for a Delivery Manager working on our Applications suite. This role will play a pivotal part in our success, providing cover for Maternity leave and enabling the success and operation of a diverse portfolio of Digital Products. These include bonus, employee support assistance and employee discounts. What you will be doing : Ensure digital project delivery is on track, and resolve issues to realign if required. Present project reviews to senior stakeholders, ensuring review packs are kept updated. Perform monthly risk reviews. Manage the product budgets to ensure that all product development activities stay within the agreed budget. Managing of Azure costs to be within budget where applicable, and facilitate Azure cost reduction and security initiatives. Act as the primary point of contact for our Concept to Customer (C2C) governance processes for the teams projects. Work with Suppliers Agree Statements of Work (SoW), team sizes and cost of quotes, within the agreed budget limits. Maintain strong supplier relationships. Raise, and chase approvals for Purchase Order requests for the agreed supplier SoWs. Create and manage delivery goals for each project in the goal tracker, ensuring these are kept up to date. Resolve blockers to enable development/delivery activities to continue. Manage and maintain the production service.
