Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver modern data infrastructure and associated services, includingdata warehousingandAzure cloud data architecture.

  • Lead in a complex data environment with operational and business data distributed across various platforms and applications.

  • Develop and implement robust data governance and standards frameworks while ensuring compliance and security requirements are met.

  • Foster collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex data solutions into accessible insights.

  • Provide strong leadership, mentoring, and direction to a dedicated data team, ensuring high-quality delivery and performance.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience managing and deliveringmodern data infrastructure(data warehousing, Azure cloud).

  • Demonstrated success in complex data environments across multiple platforms and applications.

  • Excellent knowledge across all aspects of modern data management, including data governance and security compliance.

  • Strongleadership, management, and supervisory experiencewith a proven ability to guide high-performing teams.

  • Highly developeddata literacy, analytical, and collaboration skills.

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

Desirable Skills:

  • Relevantdegreeormanagement qualification.

  • Experience withdata governance, innovation frameworks, and standards implementation

  • Knowledge of security, compliance, and frameworks such asITIL, TOGAF, Cloud Data Architecture (MS/AWS), andArchimate.
