Data Visualisation Specialist

Location: Hybrid - 3-days per week in London

Salary: £60-65,000 + Bonus

We are looking for a Data Visualisation Specialist to support our client's internal and external consulting teams. Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Visualisation Specialist, you will work across four key pillars:

Internal Business Support & Reporting: Build dashboards and support internal data initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
External Consulting Support: Collaborate with consultants on client projects, delivering visualisation solutions that align with strategic goals.
Development of Visualisation Tools: Engage in long-term projects to enhance an in-house suite of visualisation tools and solutions.
Training: Provide training and expertise on visualisation toolsets to internal teams and clients, fostering a culture of data literacy.
What We're Looking For:

Experience: 2-4 years in an analyst or data engineering role, with a strong focus on Python and Tableau. Candidates with experience in other visualisation tools like PowerBI will also be considered.
Education: Degree qualified, ideally with a strong academic background. Post-graduate qualifications are a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python is essential; familiarity with SQL and JavaScript is advantageous but not required. Demonstrated experience in data visualisation, particularly with Tableau.
Project Management Competencies:

Strong stakeholder management skills to engage with a range of projects and clients.
Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
