SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Essential: A degree in a numerate discipline, with a strong emphasis on statistics. High-level proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel (or similar tools). Significant experience using PowerBI or Tableau (or comparable software). Experience with natural language processing (NLP), transformers, and handling large datasets. Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and Docker-Compose. Confidence using Linux command-line tools. Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and advanced analytical methods. Strong teamwork and collaborative experience. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong presentation skills-confident and persuasive. Ability to produce high-quality written material quickly. A fast learner, capable of adapting to new skills and environments. Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to non-technical audiences. Willingness and ability to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC) as a minimum. Desirable: Proficiency in large-scale data mapping, migration, enrichment, profiling, and querying.
