Introduction to the Team

The online travel market never stands still. Within our B2B team we're smack in the middle of it! We are an entrepreneurial start‑up operating in the B2B market within the world's biggest travel company. We build the tools and technology that help millions of travelers find the perfect hotels for their next trips. We are the largest and fastest‑growing travel affiliate network, working with over 10,000 partners in 33 countries to turn their web traffic into hotel bookings and loyal customers.


This role will lead strategic analysis of supply and demand levers specific to the Expedia B2B environment, to explore opportunities for growth and make data‑driven recommendations. The role will also provide direction to senior management on central initiatives and will interact with various stakeholders across the organization, including sales/commercial, finance, and strategy. The role will also work closely with other analytics teams such as data science to drive complex central analytics projects.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead analysis of supply and demand to identify gaps and opportunities from both internal and competitive perspectives
  • Break down complex business questions and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders
  • Advise leadership on strategic B2B initiatives, especially around supply priorities
  • Collaborate with the trading team on deep‑dive analytical projects
  • Enhance and scale competitive analysis tools and frameworks
  • Mentor analysts and serve as an internal consultant for business initiatives

Experience and Qualifications:

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • You have 2+ years of experience in business, marketing, or analytics
  • You’re proficient in SQL, Tableau, and data visualization tools
  • You can build and manage SQL pipelines and economic models (Python is a plus)
  • You communicate complex analytics in a clear, non‑technical way across all levels
  • You manage multiple projects effectively and thrive in unstructured environments
